Section 39-17-501(2) of the Tennessee Code

(2) Further, in order for a terminal to be considered a “gaming device,” the device must be used in gambling or designed or intended for use in gambling. Music City Gaming offers only skill based terminals who’s outcome is not contingent on chance. Therefore, the activity offered by our devices clearly do not meet the definition of “gambling.” As a result, our terminals do not fit any definition of a “gambling device” in the State of Tennessee and are permitted for use by the end user and permitted to be operated.
